A lot of goodies for breakfast. The staff was HELPFUL and the setting was marvellous.

Had an excellent time. We had a reasonably large room with clean bathroom, that's big plus. The hotel was conveniently located close to downtown the ac worked perfect. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Taqueria el Trompo, ate there once or twice...

The room was a good size and nicely chilled, and the bathroom was clean. 🛁 the hotel's location was convenient, and we grabbed a bite to eat at Taqueria el Trompo, which was pretty close to where we were going.

Good value for money. Location not too far from I35 and easy to get into San Antonio and close to airport too. Room was made up each day with fresh towels.

Under the flight path; 05:30 flights were unexpected. Not enough coat hangers and the towels were very small

From the minute we walked in and greeted by aj to the minute we walked out...we were so impressed!!! Besides a great location,the hotel grounds and room were spotless.my husband whom is extremely picky statded we we'd stay here from now on!!we assure you,this hotel will not disappoint you. The room was substantially larger than I expected. For having a king sized bed, the room did not feel at all crowded. Was very clean and everything seemed to be in good repair.

Trying to find the hotel was horrible, too far from the freeway. 20 mins after checking into the hotel the police pulled a gun on one of my friends saying he fit the description of a nearby robbery. Took an hour for then to realize it wasn't him. Then after asking for a refund due to the confusion, the fact that the hiyel clearly isnt safe and the horrible experience the attendant refused. It took the cop convincing him to give us a refund for him to actually do it. I've never experienced anything like that before.

For the price it was good, no bugs, sheets were clean. The location was pretty good. Not too far from downtown and close to many stores.
